We proudly source our delicious clementines from Spain, where the long hours of sunshine create the perfect climate for the fruit to grow. Harvested in the winter, the delicate clementines are skilfully picked by hand when humidity is at its lowest in the day, so as not to damage the fruit’s soft skin. Renowned for its wonderfully rich flavour and citrus aroma, our Spanish Clementines have been described as a ‘taste of the Mediterranean’ with a unique combination of sugar and acidity that shines through in our new tonic water.

1. Fill a large  glass with ice
2. Add 50ml Bombay (or London Dry GIn)
3. Top with Fever-Tree Spanish Clementine Tonic Water
