Our Lime & Yuzu Soda is made with Tahiti lime from Mexico’s fertile groves in addition to pressed oil extract from the wonderfully floral Japanese yuzu to create a low-calorie soda that’s perfect for mixing with premium vodka or tequila for a mouth-wateringly zesty summer spritz.

Key Ingredients
Although both are citrus fruits, the Tahiti limes we source from Mexico and the Japanese yuzu yield noticeably different flavours. We selected this variety of lime for its superior taste profile that balances its signature sharp tang with a delicate sweetness. The yuzu fruit from Japan is renowned the world-over for its incredibly floral flavour and it adds a wonderful lightness to the Mexican Lime Soda.

Mexico grows some of the very best citrus fruits; we source our Tahiti lime from groves on the opposing Caribbean and Pacific coasts to ensure the liquid we source is from top-quality, well-ripened fruit the year-round.
Japanese Yuzu

Shikoku Island & Oita, Japan
We found our yuzu in the southerly regions of Shikoku and Oita in Japan, where the trees take ten years to bear fruit. It's common, when collecting the precious rind oil, to remove the skin and press the peel separately from the fruit; these yuzu fruits, however, are kept intact during processing meaning the juice has a more intense flavour.
